Agreement ") to purchase the land, together with all improvements located therein, identified as
follows: Vacant Iand -- E140 Hwy; approximately 33.42 acres; a portion of Parcel ID No.
160091; and more particularly described on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference.
This option shall expire on the 15th day of December; 2013.
