Per the NCDOT, the <0.01 acres was listed on the application vs. the actual impact acreage. The impact number is
0.0021 acres and can be found on the impact chart on first page of drawings. Do you need the PCN revised or can you
use the information from the impact chart?

For the road project, it is unclear to us if the wetlands have been subtracted from the buffer impact areas or
not on the plan sheets and the total impacts tables. Can you please provide a table like this:

Totals

For the <0.01 acres, we need it presented to the next decimal point, so we can determine if we
should round up or down for mitigation. If its < or equal to 0.005, they’ll need to offer another 0.01
acres of mitigation. This is how we’ve been handling this for DOT for a few years now.
