There are still a few technical issues that need to be addressed, in relation to the stormwater,ponds. The application is on `hold until the following, information is, received: 1: Please report the drainage, area and impervious,area in square feet, not,acres. 2. Please provide drawdown calculations. 3. Please provide a more detailed plarlting,plan f hat, shows the locations, sizes and spacing for aquatic shelf plants. 4. The average depth of the ponds must be a minimum of three,feet. Please correct the design and resubmit. Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Water Quality Certification Rules for this activity and any work done within waters of °the state may be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code.
