doing inspections all day on Thursday but should be back in the office on Friday.

Good Morning Karen,
I have a land owner that has bought a lot, in a new subdivision that backs up to a blue line stream. His yard is caving in
due to excessive runoff . I had mentioned it to Mr. Scheller when we talked a few weeks ago. Down stream from the land
owner, there have been trees removed from the stream bank. The land owner is needing some assistance. I have looked
