NCDOT has requested,and received,a Letter of Authorization(LOA)from NCDEQ DCM for CAMA Major
Permit No.81-19.The LOA was requested due to changes in the plan sets for the project.Attached here are
the updated plan sets for the project(Permit drawings, Roadway, UC,and UO).Also attached is a list which
summarizes the changes that were made to each plan set. Please note that the revisions to the permit
drawings did not change the impacts reported in the wetland and surface water impacts summary.This project
is associated with Action ID SAW-2014-00572.
