Dear Mr. Yarborough:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the septic
treatment system at 334 Singleton Road on September 30, 2021. This inspection was
conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and
limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550355. The findings and comments
noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required. It was noted that you have not conducted annual sampling
of your wastewater in the past year. To achieve full compliance, please conduct the required
annual sampling as soon as possible. A list of certified laboratories in your area has been
included for your convenience.
Please continue to retain all documents related to the operation and maintenance of your
system, including proof of septic tank servicing and the enclosed copy of your general
permit.
