Jeanette and I better understand some of the points that were made in the July 19, 2021 letter after that conversation. Thank you also for agreeing to provide more information about any inconsistencies that you have noted between the audit reports and a list of the questions that you have been fielding at the local level regarding the NCG01 program. In addition to those items, could you please also let us know if you have any additional information for us about Item (5) Request and Requirements? The example that is given pertains to the NCG01 program. Do you think this issue is also relevant to the MS4 program? Any additional specific examples will help us better understand your concerns. Jeanette and I will be preparing a formal response to your letter. Once we receive the above information, we will be able to finalize our response.
