I talked with him earlier this afternoon. We do not have the equipment to pump around the creek while installing the culvert. It has now been very dry since the rain event the blew out the road. The creek is barely a trickle and yes we will get the work done in less than one day. It would be a good time to get it done before the next rain event. If you don't have that equipment on hand, just send me an email justification back stating that the Park doesn't have this equipment, the project is of an emergency nature, and that the work will be done in one day or less. The reason for this is that the permit conditions state that in-stream work must be done 'in-the-dry', unless justification is submitted to wave this requirement. Thank You, i
