ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS/ATTACHMENTS (Optional/If Needed) On September 2, 2021 Jim Gonsiewski of the WSRO conducted a site inspection. Met with Thomas Haynes of Waters Edge Environmental. Inspected the facility, including the remediation system, the monitoring and recovery wells, and the infiltration gallery. According to Mr. Haynes, the system is operating well with no major problems. The infiltration gallery was replaced in 2018. The influent sampling point is at the system holding tank while the effluent is sampled immediately before the infiltration gallery. Site visits are normally conducted bi-weekly.
