Project appears completed and adequately stabilized.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established and SPCA
requirements have been met. No additional SPCA self -inspections are required, however
NPDES self -monitoring must continue until termination of coverage under the NPDES
General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities has been submitted by the permittee
via an electronic Notice of Termination (e-NOT). Please retain a copy of this inspection report
to submit along with the Notice of Termination.
