Bob; Wesley Williams Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] Vernon Farms Additonal disturbed area Date: Thursday, August 19, 2021 3:34:19 PM Anthony, I have revised the disturbed area to 19.2 acres in our permit system and now the additional Grading Permit fees owed are $808.00. The fees can be paid in person at the City Revenue Office, over the phone by calling the City Revenue Office a (336) 747-6953, or online with a credit card with the following instructions: Pay the fee online with a credit card at the following link: https://buildit.ciiyofws.or /,g wsfcl2ermit/Lo in.aspx? RetumUrl=%2fwsfcpermitg/o2f-lome.aslx. The following is the instructions for online payment: 1) Click link and once on log -in page click "Guest or Business License Access". 2) Once logged in click "Make A Payment' then "Payment by Permit/License Number". 3) Type in EN1800119 and click "Search". 4) Click the button beside "Pay by Credit Card" then click "Pay Fees". 5) Complete payment of fees with credit card. Also, I have revised the "Acreage to be Disturbed:" reference in the plan approval email in case you need it for the NCGO1 COC modification. Let me know when the additional fees have been paid and at that point we can clear any immediate Building Permits that Bob needs. The remainder of the Building Permits will still be held until documentation of the NCGO1 COC modification approval from the State is provided Bob can email the list of critical permits at his convenience. Thanks everyone for your help and understanding to get everything through to this point. This document is required prior to the issuance of the Grading/Erosion Control Permit. If this has already been provided, then please disregard this statement. As outlined in the Unified Development Ordinances (UDO) of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, Village of Clemmons, Town of Lewisville, and Town of Walkertown, Erosion Control Division staff may periodically inspect sites of land disturbing activity to determine compliance with the Erosion Control ordinances and the approved Erosion Control Plan.
