Dear Scott:
Please find attached a small scale drawing showing the proposed changes to the FUMC New
Horizons project. The church decided to modify the drive entrance and by doing so will be
removing one of the existing drives.
Since the area where the drive is being installed was already calculated as impervious there will
not be any net change to the original permit.
Please accept this drawing and letter as notification of these changes.

The proposed location for the sedimenMon pond is adjacent to and parallel with Third Street closer to the Gladden Street iatresacbm
The neat surface soils were explored by excavamtg test pits. TOM general, the soils encountered mehrded Yellow brawn clayey sand (0 to 2
feet),uuderLtin by light Yellow and light ran erne to medium sand with few bees A seasonal high water table condition was observed at a.
depth of six feet below the cx>stmg ground surface.
An Indisturbed sample of light yellow Sure to medium sand was obtamed from a depth of4S to 5S fat Upon to the labor:awry,
the in place dry unit weight was determined to be 952 pcf at an in place soil moisture of42 pence= Due to the in place soil moisture and
the loose relative density ofthe sample in the undisturbed condition, it was necessary to remold the sample for laboratory pry
testing.
The sample was remolded to a dry unit weight of99.6 pcfat an adjusted soil moisture of 4.8 percent the tested soil permeability
is
7.15 x 10'4 ceatbnetas Per second or 1.01 iocbes per hoar. The peaueabiluytest,
emits obtained are attached.
