Site inspection at Amburst Place located off Amhurst Blvd in New Bern, NC. This is an 11 lot single family residential
subdivision on a 3 ac tract. Stormwater is routed to a small wet detention pond. The subdivision appears to be nearly
complete; the sw system is constructed according to plans and appears to be well maintained. Need to verify
owner/name change; DJT Properties, LLC may be new owner.
