Glen White visited the site for SW4160501 compliance inspection on 01/11/2017. No one was on the site. This visit
follows heavy show event in the prior days. Much of the site remained under snow/ice cover.
It appears that only clearing and grubbing activities have begun. Perimeter silt fencing and the construction entrance
was in place and in good repair.
Will continue to make unannounced visits to verity construction is within the bounds of the approved stormwater permit
