• A copy of the property deeds
• A copy of the Corporations Report for Jones & Hughes Real Estate, LLC
• A draft operations and maintenance plan
An Application Review Fee of $505.00
Two (2) sets of site plans.
A copy of the design calculations, which also includes:
• A Project Narrative
• A Location Map
• A copy of the USGS map with the site located
• A copy of the NRCS Soils Map
• A copy of the Seasonal High Water Table Evaluation for the project
• Drainage basin maps.
• Proposed BMP easements
This project consists of the construction of a new manufacturing building at the intersection of Palmer
Road and Industrial Drive. The total area being disturbed is 5.0 acres. An application for a sediment and
erosion control plan approval has been submitted to Rowan County.
