The purpose of the project to provide the residents of Wilmington with an alternative transportation source in the form of a greenway trail.

The project includes constructing a greenway trail adjacent to Holly Tree Road,starting approximately 300-feet east of College Road to approximately 300 feet west of Pine Grove
Drive.No indirect impacts are anticipated.The land use in the project vicinity is already developed and no new access to undeveloped land will occur from this project.Anticipated
equipment to be used includes typical equipment used for greenway construction such as back hoes,graders and excavators.
