Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 9-29-21 letter to Bear Lake Reserve, Boto NC Properties
LLC attached.

Per your letter the 7-15-21 the BOD exceeded the daily limit of 15 mg/L with a 17.7
mg/L. The operator noted increased aeration run times and sludge return rates. We
collected additional samples to ensure the monthly limit was achieved.
