The following is from Special Provisions included in the contracts: Because the WWTP aeration basins are critical operating facilities for the WWTP, the WWTP can only have one (1) aeration basin out of service at a time. The contractor shall complete all work required for each separate aeration basin, after the clean out, the City with separate contract, will be replacing the existing membranes, prior to work being started on the next aeration basin. The contractor shall submit a detailed work sequence, and the owner shall determine the date for which the work on each aeration basin can proceed (weather forecasts will be utilized to help determine). i Because the WWTP aeration basins are critical operating facilities for the WWTP, the WWTP can only have one (1) aeration basin out of service at a time.
