No, they should make note that the test was invalid. It was the lab's fault
(Meritech). The COC's were correct, but Meritech messed up.

I assume that it won't because Lumberton wasn't on your NR/NC list for April,
but I wonder if it constitutes an NOV from FRO for not using the correct
concentration?
