The Fayetteville Regional Office has reviewed the 2011 Pretreatment Annual Report for the time
period of January 1 through December 31, 2011 that was received on February 29 and the additional
requested information that received on April 10. The PAR is adequate and satisfies the requirements of
15A NCAC 214 .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs.
The next PAR is due by March 1, 2013.
