The ORC planned sand -blasting and painting of the small influent screw pump to begin within the next six to nine weeks. The influent sampler was flow proportional for sampling, and the temperature was 3° C. The secondary clarifier skimmings are taken to the landfill. The clarifier weirs were cleaned approximately once every two to three weeks during the winter and once per week during the summer. Two aeration basins (#1 & #2) were on-line and two were operational and off-line (#3 & #4). As a recommendation, please remove the small trees/bushes from aeration basin #3 (this aeration basin was off-line and operational). Three clarifiers were on-line(#1, 2, & #3), and two were operational and off-line (#4 & #5). The two chlorine contact chamber are cleaned in March and October of each year. The Effluent had flow proportional sampling and its refrigerator temperature was 4° C. The digester are filled over a two day period, and aerated for twelve days. Synagro hauled sludge from the aerobic digester. Page # 2 Permit: NC0024571 Owner - Facility: Lumberton WWTP Inspection Date: 01/09/2014 .
