the violation(s) indicated below:
Reporting Violation(s):
NOD-2021-PC-0453 Late or missing NDMR/NDAR for March 2021
NOD-2021-PC-0454 Late or missing NDMR/NDAR for April 2021
NOD-2021-PC-0456 Late or missing NDMR/NDAR for May 2021
Please submit the missing reports to the DWR Information Processing Unit in Raleigh within 30 days.
Please be aware that non-compliance with your permit could result in enforcement action by the Division of
Water Resources for these and any additional violations of State law. The Wilmington Regional Office
encourages you to take all necessary actions to bring your facility into compliance.
