Skvarla, III Secretary DWQ # 11 -0120 v2 Onslow County This letter references the HSW Engineering, Inc. request to modify the Infantry Battle Course project dated August 8, 2013 and received by the Division of Water Resources (DWR) on August 12, 2013. The request references Ditch 13 adjacent to Objective F to be moved so that it will discharge at a different location, thereby reducing the wetland impacts by 0.03 acres (see drawing CG -121). The DWR has determined that this modification is acceptable and approves the proposed modification by way of this letter and attached drawing (CG -121). Please note that all other unmodified conditions of the previous permit remain in effect for the life of this project.
