Dear Mr. Joyner:
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources' Stormwater Program was made aware of an
error in the recently issued MS4 permit that goes into effect on October 1, 2021. On page 7 of 20,
Section F.3 currently states that the permittee shall, "Implement the full PC Program no later than
October 1, 2022." The date of full implementation is incorrect and has been changed to October 1,
2023. This correction was necessary to keep the MS4 permit consistent with the memorandum
issued from the DEMLR Director on February 18, 2021 with the subject Notice of Post -Construction
Requirements for Department of Defense NPDES MS4 Permittees.
With this correction, Section F.3 now reads as follows:
Implement the full PC Program no later than October 1, 2023.
Please replace page 7 of 20 in the September 24, 2021-issued permit with the revised page.
