Per the credit request submitted by Luke Eggering (agent), the Northeast Cape Fear Umbrella Mitigation Bank
(Bank) is providing preliminary acceptance to supply mitigation credits for proposed impacts to non -riparian
wetlands associated with the proposed Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) — Wilmington Airport —
VORTAC Replacement project in New Hanover County, NC (conditional upon receipt of payment as outlined
below). Please refer to the table below depicting the type and quantity of credits requested and reserved
for your project.

Based upon receipt of the credit request, the Bank will reserve 0.4 non -riparian wetland credits for a period
of up to 90 days from the date of this letter. Note that requests to reserve credits beyond 90 days will require
a deposit. Please contact us if you need a reservation to extend beyond the 90-day period.
Upon request for credit transfer, the Bank will issue an invoice in the amount of $26,976.82. Upon receipt
of payment, the Bank will provide an executed Transfer of Credit Certificate for the total amount of credits
