The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley, Environmental Senior Specialist, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0005762. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility has not had an effluent discharge since August 2014. o Maintenance Togs and laboratory records are being maintained. Maintenance Togs, laboratory records (including process control records), and ORC Togs are being maintained. • The Division of Water Resources recommends that all wastewater equipment be maintained as best as possible for future use. It is also understood that Cascades Holdings US Inc. and Scotland County are in discussions about transferring the ownership of the.WWTP to the county.
