The Division received your requests to rescind the subject Certificates of Coverage under General
Permit NCG520000. We do not object to your requests.
NPDES CoCs NCG520090 and NCG520111 are hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This
message is to close the permit files for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first
apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding the permit rescission. No hard copy will be mailed

Dear Charles Weaver:
I am requesting to rescind the permit for the following pit: Bass Pit,
permit number is NCG520111. The Bass Pit hasn't been used for dredging for many
years now and there is no future plans for any dredging to be done at the Bass Pit.
Thank you for your consideration in rescinding this permit.
