We are currently opearting under a reduced operations schedule. This is due in part to virtually no flow comng into the facility at this time. We are still doing all the in house testing and monitoring as outlined in our current operating NPDES permit. Due to virtually no flow we discharge to the river only as needed. We have a 10 MG equilization basin that can be used as a holding tank for the facility. We are making this proposal to ensure that when time comes to discharge at the facility, our plant will be in proper running condition. 1. We will operate the #1 and #2 screw pumps on a rotating basis. This will be done as needed or every 3 days. 2. We will operate the #1 and #2 EQ pumps' on a weekly basis for 20 minurtes each to ensure they run properly. This will be on a rotation basis to ensure both pumps are working. We will vary the speeds on these pumps to ensure the pumps and drives are working properly. We are currently operating the mixer in the EQ. 3. We are currently operating one mixer in the aeration basis with no aeration at this time. This is normal operations with a DO of between 5.0 and 6.0. We propose to run the 5 aerators in this area one per day weekly for 15 minutes. This ensures we will run each aerator for 15 minutes per week. 4. The slow mix and fast mix in the mixer flocculator are operating at this time. 5. We will continue to operate the rake on a daily basis in the #2 clarifier. 6. We will operate the RAS pump for the #2 clarifier at least one time per week. We will vary the Hz or speed for the pump to ensure proper operation of the pump and drive unit. 7. We will operate the aerator at the effluent or contact chamber for 20 minutes per week to ensure proper operation. Any equipment showing any signs of improper operation will be reported to upper management immediately. . We will make a form for proper documentation checklist of all the equipment mentioned.
