Dear Mr. Ellis,
After consulting with the Fayetteville Regional Office Surface Water Protection Supervisor, we
find that it is not necessary for Lauringburg, Leiths Creek Wastewater. Treatment Plant, to submit the
Effluent Toxicity AT-1 Report form to the Fayetteville Regional Office. However, as according to the
NPDES permit, please continue to mail the ORC signedoriginal quarterly AT-1 form to Environmental
Science Branch at 1621 Mail Service Center, and continue to indicate a Pass or Fail for the applicable
Discharger Monitoring Report.
