If you haven't already, you need to contact the Town of Apex's Erosion and Sedimentation Control Program and
request a final E&SC inspection. Depending on the result of that inspection, the town will issue E&SC plan
close-out documentation which is what you need to upload. Structural SCMs are under a different review and
approval process from erosion and sedimentation controls, which is why the documentation doesn't apply.
Once you have that documentation, please submit a new NOT.
