Good afternoon IRT,
KCI has submitted a modification request for the KCI Yadkin 01 UMB — Hair Sheep Mit Site (SAW-2018-00712) in order to
earn wetland credit on this recently constructed project. As discussed during our March 22, 2021 as -built site visit, they
are seeing more hydrology than anticipated post -construction and are seeking wetland enhancement and creation
credit. They submitted a modified mitigation plan that depicts all modified language in red.
The package has been uploaded to RIBITS and the bank information is below. Please provide any comments by 5 PM on
the 15-day comment deadline shown below. At the conclusion of this comment period, a copy of all comments will be
provided to KCI and the NCIRT along with District Engineer's intent to approve or disapprove this modification.
