Actually, Alaina, what I mean to say is that we do not need to review these renewals as there is no new ground
disturbance associated with them. So, we do not have any concerns.
If needed, please keep this email or a note in your renewal processing instructions that they do not need to come to us,
UNLESS there is new ground disturbance.
Thank you.

Hey Renee,
I may not be understanding your question correctly, but the only permit that will encompass more sites is the NCG02
because more types of mines will now be covered. The rest of the draft permits will pertain to the same types of industries
as the current ones.
Also, the analytical monitoring requirements have changed for a couple of the permits—the NCG19 and the NCG03 are
the ones that come to mind.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Alaina:
Do any of these renewals involve expansion beyond the current project limits? If not, I don't think that we will need to
review them. But,wanted to check first.
Thanks,
Renee
