Additional information requested by Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) staff on May 18th, 2021 was received by email from Mr. Nate Roth (Synagro) on June 3rd, 2021. Upon review there are no further questions related to this report. Please note for future Annual Reports: The Sodium Adsorption Ratio calculation(s) is necessary to show laboratory results and all conversions were applied correctly. The permittee is responsible for providing this supporting documentation if not included by your contracted laboratory or land applier. The 30-day bench fails by the Van Kleeck Equation. A form was included with the Mass Balance Equation, but the calculation was not complete. By MRO staff calculation the 30-day bench passes by the mass balance equation = 11.97 % VSR. This item is noted here because the permittee is responsible for presenting the case for which equation and result is acceptable. The laboratory only reported the Van Kleeck data on the final results page, the separate reporting form with both equations / calculations should be dated and signed by whomever completes it for future reports. You may wish to discuss reporting options with your laboratory to eliminate confusion over a pass / fail result on future analyses. Soils reports show lime is needed on two fields and the lime log lists amounts to be applied, but dates were blank.
