Please note for future Annual Reports: The Sodium Adsorption Ratio calculation(s) is necessary to show laboratory results and all conversions were applied correctly. The permittee is responsible for providing this supporting documentation if not included by your contracted laboratory or land applier. The 30-day bench passed by mass balance equation. This facility utilizes an oxidation ditch which may adversely impact results when applying the Van Kleeck equation. This item is noted here because the laboratory only reported the Van Kleeck data on the final results page. The mass balance results were included in a separate reporting calculation. You may wish to discuss reporting options with your laboratory to eliminate confusion over a pass / fail result on future analyses. Soils reports show lime is needed on many fields and the lime log lists amounts applied, but dates were blank. Please include this updated form with next years' report to document lime application.
