The Town of Morrisville’s stormwater program was audited by NCDEQ on February
10th, 2021. We received a notice of deficiency on March 10th, 2021. Morrisville provided
the required documents to NCDEQ within the 12o day deadline on July 1, 2021. We are
currently waiting on comments from NCDEQ on our stormwater management plan. Per
your request please accept this letter in lieu of the annual BIMS report.
