Dear Mr. and Mrs. Spencer:
Staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO), conducted a compliance inspection for the
referenced permit on May 11th, 2021. Your owner inspection records were received by email on
May 11 th, 2021.
The MRO would like to thank your AQWA technicians, Mr. Chad Allen and Mr. David Parker for
their time during the site visit. The treatment and irrigation systems appeared to be operating
adequately (one drip line break was repaired) and the irrigation field appeared well maintained
at the time of inspection.

Inspection Summary:
Staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO), conducted a compliance inspection for the referenced permit on May 11th,
2021. Your owner inspection records were received by email on May 11th, 2021.

The home is currently occupied by 2 adults. Per AQWA staff and their inspection in March, the tank was 0
inches of sludge and 12 inches of bottom residuals.

*** Accessible sand filter surfaces shall be raked/leveled every 6 months and vegetative growth shall be
removed manually. ***

Textile currents appear in good condition.
Comment: Some caps were not distributing the spray in a uniform pattern. AQWA staff removed cap and
cleaned debris from outlet at that location in the distribution pipe, which corrected the problem
at that location. I suggested the lines may need to be cleaned the next time AQWA services the
system.
