As you know, we are about to finish up on our fiscal 1999-2000 NPDES
inspections. I have talked with Michael Ward, with the city of Clinton, about
inspecting the Well Field East WTP (NC0086649). He told me that this facility
was still under construction and is not in use. I just wanted to make this note to
let you know that this facility has indeed been contacted with the intent to perform
an inspection.
