This house is on Lot 4C of permit number SW8 030725. It gets 4,OOCsf. Raised deck structures do not count, but the
impervious in the ROW does count. Please see page three of the attached permit.

Georgette,
hope you are having a good day. I am working with a homeowner who is pursuing building a timber bridge
across wetlands that are located on his property to more directly connect his driveway and garage to the
neighborhood street. The attached PDF illustrates our preliminary concept that we are currently discussing
with CAMA. Patrick Amico from CAMA suggested I contact you. In determining whether this is going to be a
CAMA Major or Minor Permit, I need to know if NCDENR considers a timber bridge (timber piles, stringers and
timber deck with 1/8" gap between deck boards) as pervious or something that will impact the stormwater
runoff and we need to implement something to mitigate that aspect. Also, as the timber bridge exists to the
street, there will be a small concrete driveway apron on the shoulder. Because this apron will be in the right
of way, does it impact the impervious area of the property?
