During our review with the owner and surveyor, some corrections were made. Total area above mean high water line is 2.77 acres and not the previously reported 2.563 acres. Area originally did not account for common area between mean high water line and lot 4-C. In addition, the 10' and 12' asphalt paths have been reduced to 6' and 10' respectively totaling 8,810 sf. This reduction in streets has allowed for revised "lot BUA". Please see listed lot allocations. Please contact us with any questions, comments or if you need additional information. Thank you.
