The MRO woulc like to thank you and your AQWA technicians, Mr. Jeff Cranmor and Mr. Chris Taylor, for your time during the site visit. The treatment and irrigation systems appeared to be operating adequately at the time of inspection. Please note the following comments to maintain overall program compliance: • You mentioned plans to bush hog the application site soon. The underbrush was a little overgrown and scattered with poison ivy, inhibiting access to driplines. There were no apparent dripline repairs required at the time of inspection. The two -wire strand fence appeared to be in place around most of the irrigation area, except for the side facing the house, which has only one strand. The MRO is aware that wooded application sites require consistent maintenance of driplines, underbrush and fencing. • Requested photo documentation of your weekly/monthly permittee required system checks was received by email from you on Sept. llth, 2020. It is recommended you also note the system "Pumps" on the same monthly form you are using for the irrigation field, add the permit # to both forms and initialize by date inspected.
