Municipal Separate Storm Sewer
System (MS4) permitted entity
has applied for an NPDES MS4
permit renewal to discharge
stormwater from their iurisdic-
tional area in Brunswick County:
Town of Navassa. Permit
Number NCS000518. This MS4
discharges to receiving waters
designated as; Cape Fear River,
Sturgeon Creek, Indian Creek,
Rowell Branch, Brunswick River,
Mill Creek, Mill Branch, Cherry
Tree Prong, Cartwheel Branch
and unnamed tributaries within
the Cape Fear River Basin.
