The force mains are to be installed via trenchless horizontal directional drilling methods under Long Creek. As previously discussed with your office, this application is for the installation of the dry force mains only, with no upstream pumping station or downstream discharge. The proposed Stowe Head Works and Influent Pumping Station and future Stowe treatment facilities will be permitted in the future under subsequent Sanitary Sewer Extension applications.
