The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) received and reviewed the 2019 Annual Report for the above
permit. The report reflects there was no distribution or land application of residuals conducted under this
permit in 2019.
This facility is currently out of compliance for an expired permit. Please contact

on reapplication to the renewal process started in 2018 or to request a permit rescission.
