The owners of these adjacent parcels asked the developers of Folkstone Heights to install these sewer extensions to serve these new lots while construction was taking place. This redivision will create eight new Tots. These will be 4-bedroom homes. This will increase the total permitted flow by 2,560 GPD, in addition to the previously permitted flow of 22,400 GPD for a new total flow of 24,960 GPD.
