MOSELEY, ArroRr Special Order by Consent No. EMC WQ 81-115 Ad II, dated November 7, 1983, was approved, allowing an additional 4,400 gallons per minute for a proposed 44 unit apart- ment complex. The wastewater flow submitted to this office by the realtor representing the developing firm was under calculated by 7,600 gallons per day. In accordance with the provisions of GS 143-215.67(b), this is to request that the subject permit be amended to permit a total wastewater flow of 12,000 gallons Der day for the proposed apartment complex.
