MOSELEY, ATTORNEY Pursuant to G.S. 143-215.67(b), this is to request a 67(b), Special Order by Consent, to modify the subject permit to allow increased flow for a proposed apartment complex. The proposed apartment complex will consist of 20 one bedroom and 24 two bedroom apartments with a maximum estimated wastewater discharge of 4,400 gallons per day. As you are aware, Step 3 construction to upgrade and enlarge the District's WWTP is presently underway. Completion of this project is scheduled for November, 1983.
