Dear Ms. Powell:
The City of Goldsboro would like to thank NCDEQ for conducting our MS4 Audit on
June 30, 2021. The City of Goldsboro received your letter, dated July 30, 2021, regarding
the audit. The City of Goldsboro looks forward to implementing and complying with the
requirements and within the time frames of the letter. Once implemented the City of
Goldsboro's Stormwater Management Program will be strengthened. The City of
Goldsboro will also submit the required documentation in the letter on or before the
October 30, 2021 deadline.
