It was also determined that another monitoring location will need to be added in the trailer parking area directly north of the main building. Furthermore, there were a few issues that also need to be addressed to be in compliance with the current permit. Please see the below comments. Outfall 001 appeared to be clogged with debris and was not properly functioning during the inspection (an adequate rain event had just occurred prior to inspection). This outfall needs to be cleaned out to restore its functionality. The outfall that serves the two yard inlets on the north side of the parking lot was overgrown with vegetation, and was not accessible. A path needs to be maintained for all outfalls so that they are easily reachable. Furthermore, this outfall is not listed in our database and will need to be added. Debris and trash were noted around the perimeter fence of the facility, and around the outfalls. Please clean-up all debris and trash around the facility and the outfalls. There are two above ground oil tanks with capacities greater than 660-gallons. It is unclear if these tanks are double walled. If the tanks are not double walled, secondary containment must be provided for these tanks. If the thanks are double walled, please submit verification to this office. A reinspection will occur within 30-days of receipt of this report. Please contact this office if there are any questions.
