The project site is located at 24530 NC 12 in Rodanthe on the Pamlico
Sound in Dare County, North Carolina.
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to construct a ±10,200 ftz retail building and a
1,792 ftz detached 5- bedroom house, a bulkhead, pier, and a 56 -space
paved parking lot.
Please indicate below your agency's position or viewpoint on the proposed project and return
this form to The Washington Regional Office by 14 July 2013. If you have any questions
