Hi Annette,
Where did the weekend go, and here it is Monday again! I just wanted to let you know that Walter explained the buffer impact I was having trouble with so I'm
okay with the impacts for this project. The buffer impact is for a spur off of the main rail line into the facility. In this case, it's allowable with mitigation.

1. The Division does not currently have enough information to conduct a thorough
technical review of the two proposed wet detention ponds. Please provide the following
information so that your designs can be reviewed:
a. Full -sized plan sheets showing the entire site with its storm drainage system,
including every inlet, outlet and conveyance device. Please show how
stormwater management requirements have been met at every proposed outlet
location.
b. A BMP Supplement Form with all required items that have been omitted for each
of the two proposed wet detention ponds on the site (see
http: / /portal.ncdenr.org /web /wg /ws /su /bmp- manual). Please be sure these
items are at the requested scales.
c. An original signed and notarized O &M Agreement form. Sample O &M forms are
available at: http: / /portal.ncdenr.org /web /wg /ws /su /bmp- manual.
